Narok County Senator Ledama Olekina has claimed, without proof, that detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations are looking for him.
In a series of tweets on Tuesday, Ledama wondered if he had done anything illegal.
"So eight DCI officers have gone to my home to look for me! What law have I broken?" he asked.
An hour later, the outspoken Senator seemingly dared the police to arrest him by posting his location.
"Niko hapa …nachunga Ng’ombe! 1.4833° S, 36.1000° E."
The coordinates point to Mosiro in Kajiado West.
Earlier, Ledama claimed that his security detail had been withdrawn.
A police source told the Star that the security of several Azimio leaders was also withdrawn.
They include Opposition chief Raila Odinga, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his counterpart Martha Karua.
The source also said over four governors and over 50 Azimio MPs also had their security details withdrawn.
This is leading up to the protests scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
