Director of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Mohamed Amin, hosted a high-level delegation from Germany on Thursday.
The delegation represents the International Police Cooperation and the COP SMUGG AFRIPOL programme.
This programme is managed by the Federal Police in Germany and funded by the European Union, to enhance AFRIPOL states in the field of digital forensics.
The delegation is currently on a fact-finding mission to Kenya, seeking to establish Kenya as a Regional Center of Excellence for Digital Forensics as a Good Case Practice.
While addressing the delegates, Mr Amin noted that the intended partnership is warmly welcomed.
