Case challenging KETRACO's boss suspension to be mentioned

The High Court will today hear a case in which KETRACO boss Antony Wamukota is challenging his suspension from office.

On Tuesday, Wamukota moved to court to challenge a decision that suspended him from office pending a probe into the Loiyangalani-Suswa power line project.

He termed his suspension illegal, arguing that he was never given an opportunity to be heard.
