The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced that there will be traffic disruption on Mombasa Road.
In a statement, the Authority said the disruption will occur on both carriageways of Mombasa Road (A8), between Ole - Sereni and Athi River Interchange.
KeNHA said the traffic disruption is occasioned by the ongoing road maintenance works.
"Traffic movement will be guided by police, assisted by the contractor staff on site as maintenance works proceed," the statement read.
The Highways Authority further advised motorists to approach the affected sections cautiously.
This is because some lanes will be closed and traffic will be subjected to shared lanes.
Motorists have also been advised to follow the traffic signs and guidance in place as directed by traffic marshals and Police on site.
