The Government of Kenya has announced 88 job vacancies across various state corporations.
The various vacancies were posted at the My Gov issue on Tuesday.
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) is seeking to recruit 29 persons to various positions.
In a notice, the council highlighted it will offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
The positions are Director, Test Development (Re-advertisement), Deputy Director, Human Resource Management and Development, Deputy Director, Examinations and Assessment Support Services - IC, Deputy Director, Research Innovation & Educational Assessment Resource, Deputy Director, Test Development (Teacher Assessments),
Assistant Director, Supply Chain Management, Assistant Director, Research Innovation & Educational Assessment Resource Center, Principal ICT Officer (2 positions), Principal Supply Chain Management Officer, Principal Research and Quality Assurance Officer (4 positions), Principal Librarian, and Research & Quality Assurance Officer ( 6 positions).
Examinations Officer - Kenyan Sign Language, Examinations Officer - Braille, Examinations Officer - IRE, Sales & Marketing Officer, Librarian ( 2 positions), Records Management Officer and Supply Chain Management Officer.
The Kenya Pipeline Company Limited (KPC) has announced job opportunities for seven positions.
"Pursuant to this objective, the Company is seeking to recruit highly motivated visionary, dynamic and results-oriented candidates to fill the undermentioned positions," reads the notice.
The positions include; Pipeline Wayleave Manager, Terminal Manager, Chief Administration Officer, Chief Chemist, Chief Pipeline Wayleave officer, Chief Security Officer ( Security operations) and Security Officer ( Investigations and Intelligence).
All terms of appointment are P&P except for the Pipeline Wayleave Manager position which is a five-year contract.
According to KPC, interested parties are required to visit the KPC website www.kpc.co.ke under the career opportunities section and follow the procedure on how to apply for the positions.
"All applications should be received no later than midnight EAT on Tuesday, April 16, 2024," reads the notice.
KPC is a State Corporation established under the Companies Act (CAP486) of the Laws of Kenya to provide efficient, reliable, safe and cost-effective means of transporting quality oil and gas from source to customer.
Kenyans have also been called to apply for 23 vacant positions at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
"The Commission invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following positions," reads the notice.
The vacant positions include Investigation Officer I| - Lawyer, Investigation Officer II - Digital Forensic Analyst, Legal Officer III (6 positions), Investigation Officer II - Accountant/Auditor (2 positions) and Human Resource Officer II - Payroll.
Others are ICT Officer II - Software Developer (2 positions), Risk Management Officer II, Intelligence Assistant II, Operations Assistant I, Human Resource Assistant II, ICT Assistant II, Administrative Secretary II (2 positions), Driver lI and Security Assistant III (2 positions).
Interested candidates should complete EACC Form 1 online from https://jobs.integrity.go.ke and attach the required documents.
"All applications must be made online and will be acknowledged via an email," reads the notice.
The Twalib Mbaraka-led commission also highlighted that only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
The applications should be received no later than Monday, April 8, 2024 at 5.00 pm
The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is also seeking to recruit people for three positions.
Deputy Director, Human Resources & Administration, Assistant Director, Human Resource & administration and Technical Adviser for the Twende project.
The authority stated detailed job descriptions, and requirements and the applicant's bio-data form is available on the website, www.adma.go.ke.
" All applications MUST be received on or before April 16 2024 by 5:00 pm.4," reads the notice.
At the same time, Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) also seeks to recruit 10 persons for various positions.
They include Manager, economic development and Resource Mobilization, Manager Environment, Health & Safety, Principal Officer IT Enterprise & Smart City Solutions, Senior Procurement & Supplies Officer ( 2 positions), ICT Engineer (Infrastructure & Facilities), ICT Security Engineer (2 positions), Software Engineer and Human Resource Officer
" Konza Technopolis Development Authority is seeking competent, capable, ambitious, self-motivated and dynamic individuals that demonstrate the appropriate expertise and experience to contribute to the development of the Konza Technopolis into a leading global Technopolis and innovation hub" reads the notice.
The Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRCO) has also announced job opportunities for 16 people.
Positions available are Senior Manager, Transmission System Planning, Manager, Real-Time Operations, Manager, Substations, Manager Internal Audit, Finance & Operations, Manager Supply Chain Management, Project Services & Office Operations.
Senior Engineer Power Dispatch, Legal Officers - Litigation ( 2 positions), Human Resource Officer - Payroll & Compensation, Security Officer - Operations (2 positions) , Business Development Officer, Office Administrator, Receptionist and Supply Chain Assistant Stores &Warehouse (2 positions).
