Azimio la Umoja Coalition boss Raila Odinga was among the leaders who bid farewell to Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.

Raila was there alongside Roads and Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen.

This was after Museveni's three-day State visit to the country.

Murkomen took to his Facebook where he shared the pictures of them bidding farewell to Museveni.

"During the visit, President William Ruto and President Museveni discussed and signed several bilateral agreements, including Trade and Transport infrastructure development MoUs," Murkomen said.

He added that both Heads of State emphasised the importance of extending the Standard Gauge Railway from Naivasha to Malaba and Kampala and DRC as an efficient and sustainable infrastructure for regional transport.

"As a Ministry, we, together with Ministers in our partner states, are committed to taking measures and mobilising resources for the implementation of the regional shared infrastructure," he wrote.
