The Catholic Diocese of Maralal has advertised 404 job vacancies to fill various positions in the church.
Among job positions advertised include secretaries (18), ECDE/primary and secondary school teachers (140), principal/deputy principal secondary schools/head teacher and deputy head teacher (11), clinical officer (four), nurses (13) and cleaners/cooks/house keepers (73).
Others are grounds person/general worker/farmworker/parish caretaker (33), security guards (37), field officer and project assistant (10), manager-pastoral centre (one), diocesan human resource officer (one), diocesan accountant (one), journalist field officer (one), radio presenters/anchors (two) and driver mechanic (one) among others
Candidates who meet the requirements of the respective vacancies, have been requested to make their applications by sending their CV including 3 referees and cover letter to email: [email protected] or drop them at the Maralal Catholic Secretariat offices.
Rt Rev Hieronymus Emusugut Joya, the Bishop, Catholic Diocese of Maralal indicated that shortlisted candidates will be required to produce originals of their National Identity card, academic and professional certificates and transcripts, and other testimonials during interviews.

The diocese added that a successful candidate for nurse positions will provide high-quality medical services to the communities served by the church’s health facilities in Maralal Diocese.
