President William Ruto and his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Thursday joined Former Prime minister Raila Odinga in Siaya for the Piny Luo Cultural Festival.

Museveni was first welcomed into Kenya by Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi at the Busia border after which he headed to Siaya for the event.

"Piny Luo Cultural Festival is today honoured to host H.E President William Ruto and H.E President Yoweri Museveni at Got Ramogi. We thank them for creating time to celebrate our culture," Raila said in a statement on X.

Raila added that Ker Odungi Randa used this occasion to install the two presidents as Luo elders.
