Deputy President Kithure Kindiki on Wednesday held a meeting with a delegation from Tharaka Nithi County at his Karen residence.
The leaders deliberated on priority development projects and the implementation of government programs.
Kindiki has been having a series of meetings focused on development.
On Friday, January 24, he held a consultative engagement with Kajiado County leaders on the revitalization of critical value chains and the implementation of development priorities.
On January 23, he met with a section of MPs to track the progress of national government development projects in their areas of representation.
He also engaged with Taita Taveta County leaders and grassroots opinion shapers on the county's development priorities, focusing on the revitalization of critical value chains and citizen empowerment programs.
"After the Taita Taveta County leaders forum, we agreed on a roadmap for accelerating the completion of ongoing infrastructural projects to spur the county's economic transformation," he said.
On the same day, the DP held a consultative meeting with a section of MPs from Nairobi and Murang’a counties to deliberate on priority development programs and projects.
