Ruto is expected to address the rising insecurity in the region which comes in the wake of the abduction of five chiefs by suspected al-Shabaab militants who entered Kenya through the porous Somalia border.

He will also weigh in on the growing calls for the removal of Public Service Cabinet SecretaryJustin Muturi over allegations of undermining critical state institutions, particularly the National Intelligence Service (NIS).

It will be held in parliament buildings.

Netanyahu, Trump meet Israeli
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who arrived in the United States Sunday is scheduled to meet President Donald Trump today at the White House to discuss the Gaza ceasefire deal and his Middle East plans.

On his arrival at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, Netanyahu received a red carpet welcome from senior Israeli officials and an honour guard bearing US and Israeli flags.

Netanyahu is also expected to have a meeting with US military leaders at the Pentagon on Wednesday, followed by meetings with members of Congress on Thursday.
