President William Ruto on Thursday held a tour of Nyandarua and Murang'a counties on the third day of his five-day development visit of Mt Kenya.
The President, accompanied by other leaders, interacted with residents and danced to traditional songs.
Ruto launched and commissioned development projects across Nyandarua county.
The President laid the foundation stone for Engineer Modern Market in Kinangop.

The President said the government will support Nyandarua countywith Sh800 million to complete the stalled J.M. Kariuki Memorial County Referral Hospital.
This, he said, will ensure Nyandarua residents have access to quality and affordable medical care.
During his tour, Ruto visited the Maragua Ridge Irrigation Project and inspected the Makuyu Affordable Housing Project in Maragua, Murang'a county.
