
President William Ruto arriving at Wajir Stadium for the Madaraka celebration on June 1, 2026/ PCSPresident William Ruto led the nation in marking the 63rd Madaraka Day celebrations at Wajir Stadium on Monday, the first time the national event has been held in the North Eastern region.
The celebrations drew senior government officials, parliamentary leaders, security chiefs, county leaders and lawmakers from across the country.
