According to data from Knight Frank, agricultural land continues to outpace other assets.
Data centres, the residential private rented sector, and the hospitality and leisure industry tied closely behind, each attracting a 24% share of investor interest.
Meanwhile, the logistics and industrial sector closed the list at 18%.
