KMTC announces 156 job vacancies in 15 departments

The Kenya Medical Training College has announced 156 vacant positions in 15 departments. 

The institution seeks to appoint competent, result-oriented, knowledgeable, dynamic, visionary and experienced persons for the aforementioned position. 

The college is seeking to fill up to 20 lecturer positions in the clinical Medicine department, and 50 other tutors under Nursing. 

In the Department of Orthopaedic Trauma and Medicine, the institution seeks to fill in 10 positions. 

Ten senior lecturers will fill in the Pharmacy department with an additional 10 in the Health Records and Information Technology. 

Further, 10 more lectures are needed to fill the vacant position under the Department of Radiography and Imaging, and five others at the Orthopaedic Technology. 

Under dental technology, the board of directors at KMTC has announced five vacancies and five more lecturers in the Nutrition and Dietetics department. 

In addition, Medical Laboratory Science will need five lectures, which is the same as Medical Social Work and Medical Engineering. 

The  Board also said it is seeking 10 drivers and one Registrar, with an additional five Information and Communication Technology officers. 

"Shortlisted candidates shall be required to produce originals of their National Identity Card, academic and professional certificates, and transcripts during interviews," the advert reads. 

Kenyans interested in the positions are requested to apply online through the college website www.kmtc.ac.ke by Friday, December 29, 2023. 

"Applicants should provide all the details requested in the advertisement. It is an offence to include incorrect information in the application."
