As Form 4 leavers prepare to mark a new chapter of their lives after the release of 2024 KCSE results, Radio Africa Group through The Star Newspaper seeks to support their journey.
In a statement on Friday, RAG invited the Form 4 leavers to participate in a special after KCSE career journal to help them navigate their way forward.
“Radio Africa Group through its newspaper wing ‘The Star Newspaper’ invites you to participate in a special After KCSE career journal that seeks to help young form four leavers make informed decision about their future careers,” the statement reads.
The journal will be featured in a pullout on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, making it easily accessible to thousands of students through the high circulation achieved by the free distribution of the My Gov publication.
The After KCSE 2025 Career Journal Pull-Out will be dubbed ‘Your Future Starts Now: Navigating College and Career Opportunities’.
RAG said the journal seeks to amplify the career goals, helping the former high schoolers to understand where their passion lies and research careers aligned with their interests.
It will guide them to ensure the institution one chooses is recognised and accredited by the government.
The journal seeks to amplify industry-relevant courses by helping the Form 4 leavers to opt for programs that offer practical skills and real-world experience.
It will also act as a path towards scholarship opportunities, by looking out for financial aid and scholarship programs to ease your financial burden.
Institutions are being invited to explain to students the courses that they offer and share any other relevant information.
