night stepped out in stylish Kanzu in a meeting with leaders from Mandera
County.
Ruto is on a three-day tour of the region and was flanked by his deputy Kindiki who together spent the night in the county.

The President and his deputy arrived in Mandera on Tuesday
morning where they went on to inspect and launch several state projects.
