


One of the 17 mountain bongos flown in the country from Florida, USA, has been examined at the release site in Meru County on Wednesday.

Dr Isaac Lekolool, Kenya Wildlife Service Senior Assistant Director/Head Veterinary and Capture Service, examined the mountain bongo.

The release site is Meru Bongo and Rhino Conservation Trust (MBRCT) at Marania/Mucheene Forest, Mount Kenya
