Popular Mugithi recording and performing artist Lawrence Njuguna popularly known as DJ Fatxo has bagged himself a new Mercedes Benz to celebrate finishing the year strong.
"New month, new ride.... see God ooohh!" started off the vernacular artist as he shared a photo of his white Mercedes
He went on to add that he had bought himself the Mercedes Benz as a gift for surviving a harrowing year.
According to the artist, the year had been super tough and he was celebrating himself with the German machine for making it through.
"It has been a tough year, acha nijiliwaze na haka ka toy for being a fighter," the entertainer captioned a photo of him posing next to his brand new car.
This loosely translates to, "Let me soothe myself/ console myself with this toy for being a fighter".
In a different post, DJ Faxto shared a video of himself driving the Mercedes with a broad smile on his face.
"Mko wapi niwapee lift tukifanya last born testing, (where are you guys so that I can give you a lift as we do the final tests for the ride) Suggest a cool nickname for her. #The Duke #Mwana wa Mutumia," he said.
DJ Fatxo made headlines after he was linked to the death of interior designer Jeff Mwathi who died on February 22, 2023.
He has since then been cleared by the DCI of the matter.
