If you are cooking fried rice for one, it could take you less than 30 minutes.
Here is a quick recipe:
Ingredients:
1/4 kg rice
Salt
1/2 litre of water
2 tbsp cooking oil
An onion
2 tomatoes
1 glass of peas
Cooking Instructions
1. Boil the peas until tender.
2. In a different pan, fry the diced onions until tender. Add the chopped tomatoes.
3. Add salt as you stir the mixture until they are cooked.
4. Add rice to the mixture and keep stirring for one minute.
5. Add 1/2 litre of water to the rice.
6. Let the mixture cook for 20 minutes.
7. Drain water from the peas then add the boiled peas into the rice.
8. Stir the mixture gently then cover it until the rice is cooked.
9. Serve and enjoy.
