Egg toast is a simple dish of bread slices dipped in spiced egg and toasted to perfection.
Thick bread slices are the best since you don't want them to be soft when cooked with eggs.
Egg toast can be eaten plain and can be served with tea.
You can make it within 10 minutes.
Ingredients.
4 slices of bread
chopped onions
Coriander
Chopped tomatoes( chopped in cubes)
3 eggs
Red chili powder
Paprika
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Directions.
1. In a bowl put your chopped onions, coriander, tomatoes, and spices.
2. Break your eggs into the bowl.
3. Beat the eggs, mixing with the ingredients.
4. In a pan, heat your vegetable oil and make sure the pan is hot enough.
5. Dip one side of the bread slice in the egg and place it on the pan.
6. When the egg is cooked set them aside and pour the egg mixture into the pan allowing it to cook then cut it in the centre.
7. Flip it to the other side making sure the egg is fully cooked.
8. After flipping and it is ready, your can serve your egg toast.
