Kenya's quartet of Faith Kipyegon, Beatrice Chebet, Lilian Kasait and Margaret Chelimo all sailed to the final of the 5,000m after an impressive performance in their respective heats at the National Stadium in Budapest.
Chebet won her heat in 14:57.70 ahead of Ethiopia's Gudaf Taegay (14:57.72) and Kenya's Margaret Chelimo (15:00.10).
In the second semi-final, Faith Kipyegon clocked 14:32.31 to place second behind Netherlands' Sifan Hassan (14:32.29).
Ethiopian duo of Ejgayehu Taye (14:33.23) and Freweyni Hailu (4:34.16Q) placed third and fourth respectively as Kasait (14:36.61) closed the top five positions.
