Defence CS Aden Duale on Tuesday met with the Jordan Ambassador to Kenya Firas K Khouri at his office in Ulinzi House.

Jordan and Kenya agreed to partner in people-cantered projects including trade, education, security and healthcare.

The CS said they discussed issues aimed at cementing bilateral ties between the two countries.

They included plans to advance cooperation and coordination in the fields of military training through expertise exchange and joint military drills between the countries' forces.

"I expressed to him our desire as a country to inspirit the bonds already created and work with him to grow them further," Duale said.
