President William Ruto arrived in South Korea on Tuesday afternoon ahead of is visit.
He left Kenya on Monday night after being in DRC since Sunday .
Foreign Affairs CS Alfred Mutua already arrived in South Korea ahead of Ruto's visit.
He met his counterpart FM Park Jin where they discussed bilateral and beneficial relations that will be enhanced by the visit.
