Willy Paul arraignment

Musician Wilson Radido, popularly known as Willy Paul is expected to be arraigned following his arrest yesterday.

Willy Paul was arrested by police from his Syokimau home over allegations of hit and run accident.

He is expected to be charged today.

Cas on man charged with conning MPs resumes

Benson Waziri Chacha the man who was in 2018 charged with conning MPs will today return to court as the hearing of his case resumes.

Chacha faced several counts of obtaining money by false pretence, impersonating public servants and conspiracy to defraud.

He is out on a Sh1 million bond.

Remains of the dead

In the family court, two widows fighting over the remains of their dead husband will have their case heard today.

Both Grace Rigiri and Sarah Kathambi over the burial place for Silas Kamuta Igweta who died three weeks ago.

Each woman wants the man buried at her home. The case is scheduled for hearing today.
