A new bill before Parliament proposes reducing the tenure of chief executives at Kenya National Highways Authority, Kenya Rural Roads Authority and Kenya Urban Roads Authority.
The tenures have been cut from five years to three, marking a potential reversal of reforms implemented just six years ago.
