The ICT Authority invited applications from qualified and
experienced candidates to fill six permanent positions at its headquarters in
Nairobi.
The vacancies include Deputy Director, Human Resources and
Administration, Assistant Director, Programme Management, Principal Internal
Auditor, Principal Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Principal ICT
Technical Support Officer, and Principal Legal Officer.
The ICT Authority, a state corporation under the Ministry of
Information, Communication and the Digital Economy, said successful candidates
will be employed on permanent terms.
Applicants are required to submit an application letter,
detailed curriculum vitae, copies of academic and professional certificates, a
copy of their national identification card, and a duly filled and stamped
self-declaration clearance form from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
(EACC).
The authority said applications must be submitted online
through its recruitment portal and received on or before June 16, 2026.
"Only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted for an interview," the notice stated.
The ICT Authority noted that it is an equal opportunity
employer and encouraged women, youth, minorities, marginalised groups and
persons living with disabilities to apply.
At the same time, the Kenya Film Commission announced three
vacancies as part of efforts to enhance the development and promotion of the
country's film industry.
The commission is seeking to recruit a Manager, Production
Liaison and Coordination, a Film Development Officer II, and an Office
Assistant I.
Interested candidates have been asked to submit a cover
letter, a detailed CV with contacts of three referees, copies of academic and
professional certificates, testimonials and a copy of their national
identification card or passport.
Applications are to be addressed to the Chief Executive
Officer of the Kenya Film Commission and submitted before 5 p.m. on June 21,
2026.
The commission said only shortlisted candidates will be
contacted and warned that any form of canvassing would lead to automatic
disqualification.
KFC further reiterated its commitment to diversity and
gender equality, encouraging women, youth and persons with disabilities to
apply for the available positions.
The recruitment notices come as government agencies continue
to seek skilled professionals to support service delivery and implementation of
their respective mandates in the digital and creative sectors.
