President William Ruto on Thursday joined Finnish President Alexander Stubb and other world leaders, policymakers and experts at the Kultaranta Talks in Finland.
The discussions focused on major global transformations, including shifting geopolitical power dynamics, rapid technological advancement and the emergence of a more multipolar world order.
Ruto said stronger multilateralism, more representative global governance and reforms to the international financial architecture are necessary to address growing global challenges.
The President noted that Kenya believes international cooperation remains the best response to global uncertainty, adding that Africa is playing an active role in shaping the future rather than merely observing global changes.
"The future will not be written for Africa; it will be written with Africa," Ruto said.
