Safaricom financial results: How M-Pesa has performed

Velocity in the M-PESA ecosystem continues to grow driven by FinTech solutions.

This includes payments, lending and savings and international remittances, this is according to Safaricom.

Safaricom says it continues to leverage its digital platforms and solutions such as the M-PESA Super App for end-to-end excellent customer experience.

Customer to Business (C2B) or Business to Customer (B2C) are mainly bank transfers while Business to Business (B2B) is for business transactions.

These together with LNM transactions form the payments channels in the M-PESA ecosystem.
