A man collapsed and died on the Luthuli Avenue/River road junction on Monday.

Police say they received reports at 9:00 pm that an unidentified man about 30 years old fell, tried to crawl and then became motionless.

According to police, a witness alerted police officers on normal patrol.

Police visited the scene and found the body with no visible injuries.

The scene was processed and documented even as the body was moved to the City mortuary.

 Meanwhile, in the KCC area in Dandora, Nairobi one Philip Wathome, 21 died by suicide.

According to police, he died by suicide by hanging himself using a rope on the rooftop of his rented house.

Police visited the scene and no suicide note was recovered.

Dandora police station officers visited the scene and necessary action was taken.

The body was moved to Mama LucyKibaki Hospital mortuary.

Similarly, in Dandora phase 4, Nairobi, a man died by suicide in her house.

According to police, the deceased identified as Barasa Abuko was found lying unconscious in bed by his brother Wandera Majoni.

Police say witnesses rushed Abuko to Brother Andrew Medical Centre in Dandora Phase 4 where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police say the hospital contacted them about the body.

“On close observation, we discovered a continuous mark around the neck,” police said.

Police officers from Dandora Police Station processed the scene and necessary action was taken.

The body was moved to Mama Lucy Kibaki's Morgue pending autopsy.

The case is under investigation.
