A new house being put up for World Marathon record holder Kelvin Kiptum is almost complete ahead of his burial on Friday.

President William Ruto ordered the construction of the house at Kiptum's farm located at Naiberi in Uasin Gishu county.

"We are on schedule and will complete the house by Thursday," said one of the engineers at the site.
