Kenya Airways has announced that its online booking system has been restored. 

Earlier KQ said a global system outage impacted its booking system resulting in delays.

"Further to our earlier customer update on the global system outage that impacted our booking system, we wish to update our customers that services on our online booking system have been restored," KQ said.

They said some customers may experience minor disruptions as the system stabilises.

"We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our partners to stabilize our operations," KQ said.

KQ states that affected customers can reach them through their 24-hour Customer Services Desk.

"Affected customers can reach us on our 24-hour Customer Services Desk via +254 711 024 747, WhatsApp: +254 705 474 474 or X (Twitter) @KQSupport or visit our booking offices for assistance," They said.

"We will share further updates as we work with our partners to address the system outage."
