"Some of the older street children can be trained within the Jua kali sectors, they can learn plumbing, mechanics wiring, masonry and even driving," he said.
The MP added that they will work with their leadership so that they can go to Rotary among other available VTCs.
"We are also looking at identifying some of those already in schools through other organizations to come through for them in terms of fees."
The lawmaker added that this will give them sustainable opportunities and jobs.

Vincent Ochieng, one of the youth leaders, thanked the MP for the gesture to empower the families.
Ochieng noted that the MP has not only brought the families to show love but to see how he can help them.
"This is something we don't take for granted. You have heard that we will have some of the people being taking to VTCs; others will be also be taken to driving schools."
This comes even as over the past week, Oron provided families with packets of wheat flour for Christmas celebrations.
The MP called on other leaders to do the same and ensure that people within their areas who are underprivileged are celebrated during such times.
