Gospel singer Christina Shusho has been appointed the managing director of Finsco Africa in Tanzania.

Shusho was unveiled during the launch of the real estate and investment firm’s operations in Tanzania.

The singer welcomed all, saying that they are committed to developing high value assets for their clients.

“As part of the Finsco Africa Group, we are committed to the development of high value assets in Tanzania. Welcome to our office,” Shusho said.

According to Finsco, the singer and entrepreneur has vast influence and deep understanding of the local market, and she will play a vital role in steering the company’s vision of making real estate investment more inclusive, innovative, and accessible to a broader audience.

Chief executive, John Mwaura, in his remarks insisted that the company remains committed to fostering economic growth and providing accessible property investment opportunities to all Tanzanians.

“We are thrilled to bring our expertise to Tanzania.

“Our mission is to provide sustainable real estate solutions that not only offer great returns to investors but also contribute to the economic growth of this vibrant nation. Through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches, we aim to revolutionize the property market and empower more people to own and invest in real estate,” he said.

The event, held in Dar es Salaam was graced by former Tanzania President Jakaya Kikwete, who was also the chief guest at the launch.

The expansion into Tanzania follows the firm’s success in Kenya.

The event brought together key stakeholders in the real estate sector, including government officials, industry leaders, financial experts, and potential investors.
