Nyeri residents had a 'full' Sunday morning after feasting on rice and beef at Sagana State Lodge ahead of President William Ruto's interdenominational prayers.
Speaking with NTV, the residents expressed joy over the provision of the meal, with a couple confessing "tumeshiba".
Asante eeh tumefurahi," another said.
In the video, adults and children are seated on the grass while others are standing, holding plates of rice and beef.
Farmers requested the President to provide them with fertilisers so they can continue farming.
"Tuko sawa hapa tunashiba," a woman said with a smile before adding, "Na atupatie fertiliser tuende mashamba tulime viazi, maharagwe kila kitu."
Others were happy to have been invited to the Historical Sagana State Lodge.
So ninashukuru Rigathi Gachagua na president wetu," a resident said.
Another said, "Naskia nikiwa na fuarha sana.
They also expressed confidence in the president's ability to deliver on his manifesto.
"Hata kazi tunajua atafanya tu venye alituambia," a resident said.
