ACCPA is a non-governmental organisation working in Samburu and Laikipia counties.
The committee is meeting with the officials to discuss an inquiry into the conduct of the British Army Training Unit in Kenya (BATUK).
BATUK is a permanent training support unit of the British Army based in Nanyuki, Kenya, with a small element in Nairobi.
Ruto China tour
President William Ruto who is in China for an official visit is today scheduled to hold a series of meetings with some Chinese investors.
The talks are aimed at advancing Kenya's infrastructure and technological landscape.
Ruto arrived in the country Monday afternoon.
He is set to participate in the high-level Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit (FOCAC) which starts tomorrow.
NLC on compensation
The Senate Committee on Roads, Transportation and Housing is scheduled to hold a meeting today with the National Land Commission.
The discussions are centered around the status of compensation of project-affected persons by infrastructure projects across the country.
Gatuso murder case
Former Harambee Stars player Collins Okoth Ougo alias Gatuso will today be arraigned alongside his co-accused to face charges of defilement and murder.
The duo will appear before Justice Alexander Muteti in the High Court at Milimani, Nairobi following the death of a minor in Lucky Summer Estate, Ruaraka.
Okoth, a renowned ex-Gor Mahia and Harambee Stars midfielder and his co-accused Sylvia Aoko Odhiambo are alleged to have murdered a three-year-old girl namely Pamela Atieno alias Scovian Maya in April.
He has since been in police custody as detectives conclude their investigations into the murder.
