Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has been urged to address his concerns directly with his boss instead of deflecting blame on others.

Minority Leader in the National Assembly Opiyo Wandayi noted that blaming the NIS Boss Noordin Haji and other junior state officers was not the solution to his problems.

He said as taxpayers sustaining the government in power, they must question if the country has two parallel governments.

Wandayi told the DP that if he has an issue with the way the government is being run, then he should talk to his boss directly.

"You are his Principal Assistant, advise him in private, or at the Cabinet level and the National Security Council, don't tell us everything in public," Wandayi said.

The Minority leader stressed that no government can be run in public podiums.

He was speaking in Ugunja Constituency, Siaya County during the burial of Elder Owino Nyadi.

Addressing party affairs, the Ugunja MP told his party leader Raila Odinga that ODM was intact within the region including the National Assembly.

He noted that at the Parliament, those who wandered to Kenya Kwanza in one way or another are slowly coming back home.

"The numbers are increasing, we have seen them coming back. We only have a problem here in Bondo and Gem but they will also come back," he said.

He concluded by asking the electorates to welcome the ODM rebels when they come back noting that when it comes to elections, it's them, the voters who will decide.
