Deputy President Kithure Kindiki on Tuesday hosted German Vice Chancellor and Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of the Federal Republic of Germany Dr Robert Habeck at his Karen Residence.

Two leaders discussed how to advance mutually beneficial cooperation between Kenya and Germany.

These areas include agriculture, livestock, labour migration, tourism, air services, trade, investments, and climate diplomacy.

Present during the meeting were Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba (Education), and Principal Secretaries Teresia Mbaika (Devolution), Roseline Njogu (Diaspora Affairs), Abubakar Hassan (Investment Promotion) and Dr. Idris Salim Dakota (Cabinet Affairs), among other senior officials from Kenya and Germany.
