Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • ½ lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and grate ginger on a bowl.

Step 2

In a sufuria of water, add ginger, lemon slices and water. Cover and boil for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat, strain and serve while hot or warm.

Add honey to taste. Enjoy
